1. Service Nature

Our services include website design, e-commerce development, booking software, templates, and related solutions. Since these are customized digital services, time, resources, and expertise are allocated immediately after confirmation.

As a result, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start: If you cancel your order before the project has started, you may request a refund of any advance paid, minus administrative/processing charges.

After Project Start: Once the project has started (research, design, development, or setup work), cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Recurring Services: For hosting, domain, or third-party subscriptions, cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:

The service has not been initiated or no significant work has been carried out.

Technical errors or duplicate payments made by the customer.

If 6fc Live is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service within the promised timeline due to internal reasons (not caused by client delay).

Non-Refundable:

Domain name registration, hosting fees, SSL certificates, and third-party integrations.

Completed work, delivered templates, or partial project phases already approved by the client.

Change-of-mind cancellations after services have been delivered.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Transaction fees or third-party charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
